As an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Mindful Change Life Coach, my mission is to integrate cell, self, and soul awareness to empower individuals to live consciously in harmony and wholeness. By fostering a deep connection with one's unique nature, I guide and support the journey toward optimal health and well-being. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda and mindful practices, I aim to inspire and equip each person to embrace a harmonized, purposeful life, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit for sustained vitality and inner peace.
Ayurveda, often referred to as the "Science of Life," is one of the oldest holistic healing systems in the world. Its roots trace back over 5,000 years to the ancient Indian subcontinent. The term "Ayurveda" comes from the Sanskrit words "Ayur" (life) and "Veda" (knowledge), indicating its comprehensive approach to health and the art of living wisely and well.
Ayurveda emphasizes the balance between body, mind, and spirit, advocating a lifestyle that harmonizes these elements through diet, herbal remedies, physical activity, meditation, and ethical living. It views health not merely as the absence of disease but as a state of holistic well-being.
After 25 years as a Family Physician, I transitioned to holistic healing as a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Practitioner. I empower individuals to take charge of their health and become self-healers through Ayurveda, a time-honored system emphasizing the harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
True healing starts within; it’s about aligning inner and outer worlds to cultivate wholeness. I guide and support clients along their path to restoring harmony by tailoring lifestyle practices to their unique constitution, recognizing that health is not a one-size-fits-all journey.
Ayurvedic principles address root causes of imbalance, focusing on stress management and optimizing “digestion” of not just food, but thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This approach fosters physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional joy, and spiritual growth.
I am committed to guiding and holding space for those ready to create a conscious, harmonious lifestyle for optimal health, wholeness and well-being.
I offer a range of self-paced Ayurvedic programs introducing participants to cultivating vibrant health and vitality through awareness of their mind-body type and implementation of mindful practices.
Self-paced courses are designed to provide a taste of exploring some of the foundational principles of Ayurveda, the significance of the microbiome and digestion, and provide simple ways to implement some diet and lifestyle choices to support each mind-body type. Seasonal course focus more on diet and lifestyle changes that bring innate harmony with the cycles of Nature and each individual's unique constitution.
Personalized online coaching services for mindful change, with or without and Ayurvedic perspective, support and guide you in creating an empowered path toward living your best life.
Additional offerings include collaborations for retreats and workshops.
